Montreal, Canada – November 05, 2009 – Future Electronics was recognized with four 2009 Channel Marketing Awards from NEDA [National Electronic Distributors Association].

The company received top honors for its “Scratch Pad” themed print ad series promoting its new website, winning the overall award as Best in Show out of all entries in every category. The same submission earned a Platinum Excellence Award in the co-op advertising category.

“This is a fantastic achievement, I am very proud of the Montreal team who worked on this campaign to support the launch of our new global web strategy. The competition for these awards gets stronger every year, so to take top honors is very satisfying,” said Rob Birse, Corporate Vice President.

Future Electronics also won a Platinum Excellence Award in the corporate newsletter category for its Connected employee newsletter, for the third year in a row.

In addition, the company earned a Gold Achievement Award for its Website www.FutureElectronics.com in recognition for best Web promotion.

The awards were announced at NEDA’s annual Executive Conference, held in Chicago on November 1-3, 2009.
